Top: Hello...Welcome! Bottom: Jiggers / both from Green Acres Flea Market.
No real reason for this post...just saw these again, and liked 'em...more the idea of them. I like the lion with a goatee and glasses, and more importantly I like that someone took the time to draw a funny welcome sign. I also wonder where Jiggers was? I think it was in west Knoxville, but don't know for sure, and from the looks of it, it is no longer. Hm, I wonder what it was like? Judging by the lights, I can make an educated guess. It is kind of sad to see remnants of a bar/restaurant on the floor at a flea market. Green Acres is a fascinating place.
